The Estate Villa is a family-run boutique bed & breakfast situated in Sultanpur Estate, a quiet and leafy corner of New Delhi. The homestay has an old-world colonial charm and was established in 2008 by the host Mamta Sharma, a hotel management professional.
This Villa near Chattarpur offers travelers a glimpse into the fascinating world of contrasts that is India. The charming property is set in the annex of a stately house with a private garden and provides guests with an authentic yet “non-hotel" Indian hospitality experience.
Situated in the neighborhood of the magnificent Qutab Minar and Mehrauli Archaeological Park, the guesthouse is just a short walk from the Sultanpur Metro Station (yellow line) and only 12km away from the airport.
The location also provides guests with ideal options for both: an oasis of tranquility and convenient access to Delhi city centre or Gurgaon by metro or taxi.

The Estate Villa is a charming Bed & Breakfast nestled in a leafy Estate in Sultanpur, near Chattarpur, in South Delhi.
The graceful property has a quaint and timeless charm, evocative of a bygone era. It comprises five comfortable rooms overlooking a manicured garden.
The homestay is located in a separate block across the garden from the main house. It is a private space, thoughtfully and aesthetically furnished with handcrafted teak-wood furniture and equipped with all modern amenities.
Sip a cup of tea, or read a book in our peaceful and tranquil garden. Maybe request a bonfire on a chilly winter evening. Perhaps book a yoga or pranayama session?
